Micromax X235 – Remote Control Mobile

Micromax, low cost smart phone mobile maker, coming up with an innovative idea, using the mobile phone as remote control for the electronic devices like TV/DVD Player/AC. Micromax had launched a new mobile X235, which can be used as a remote control for your TV/DVD Player/AC.

Here is how to use your X235 mobile as remote control,
  1. Go to Remote option on your mobile.
  2. Select TV/DVD/AC to open the remote screen for the device.
  3. Go to Options >> Select Brand and select the brand of the device which needs to be operated.
  4. Press Center Key to authenticate and let the mobile communicate with the device you are operating.
  5. Press Left soft key to lock the communication.
  6. An another screen will be opened. Press Left soft key "Finish" again. Now selection pop up will be displayed.
  7. Press Left Soft Key to say "YES". This will add the selected model profile in the selection menu.
  8. After this a "Default" pop up will be displayed, and say YES to make it as a default selection profile.
  9. Now open the remote menu again.
  10. Select TV/DVD/AC.
  11. Remote screen will be opened.
  12. Start using your mobile as a remote for the selected device.
Along with this remote control feature it has MP3 player, Video player which can play 3GP/MP4 format videos. Memory can be expandable upto 4GB. Battery backup is pretty good, 5hrs talk time. Specifications:
