LG has unveiled three of their new optimus models, Optimus 3D, Optimus 2X, Optimus Black to compliment their Optimus series mobile phones. All of them are running on Android Operating System. Announcement was made at Barcelona.

Optimus 3D:

Optimus 3D is the first 3D phone with dual cameras and dual core processor in the world. That credit goes to LG team. This is the first mobile in the world to play 3D video content without wearing the glasses. You can record 3D HD video content and can instantly post it to 3D YouTube video channel thanks to it’s dual camera of 5 mega pixel. Video can be recorded in 720p or 1080p mode.

It is using dual-core processors or OMAP4 processors and each of which uses it’s own channel of communication and it’s dedicated memory module.

It is coming preloaded with 3D multimedia content including Gameloft, Golf 3D, 3D Nova .etc.

It will be available in the market from May 2011.

Optimus 2X made for speed. Optimus 2X has integrated dual core processor, NVIDIA Tegra2 1GHz. Tegra2 is remarkable for for it’s multimedia playback performance, video and audio and handling complex graphics.

• 8 MP back camera and 1.3 MP front camera for video calling
• 8GB Internal memory and support expandable memory up to 32GB (microSD card slot)

Optimus Black:

Optimus Black is notable for it’s design. Very Slim and less weight. Consists of 4″ NOVA Screen. NOVA is the LG’s latest LCD panel.
